Corporate governance

Fouriertransform AB is a Swedish limited company that is wholly-owned by the Swedish state. The role of owner is taken by the government, which has been mandated by Swedish Parliament arliament to actively manage state assets in such a way as to optimise long-term value creation. 

Corporate governance within Fouriertransform is based on the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the Code), which forms part of the government’s framework for management by enterprise owners, as well as the Swedish Companies Act and other relevant legislation concerning public companies.
