Auditors

The task of the auditors is, on behalf of the owner, to independently review the administration of the company by the Board of Directors and CEO as well as the annual report and accounting records.

Responsibility for the choice of auditor always lies with the owner and is decided by the Annual General Meeting.

The accounting firm Deloitte has been elected as auditor.

Hans Andersson, authorized public accountant at Deloitte AB, has been appointed auditor until the Annual General Meeting 2012.
