Board of Directors

The government aims for the boards of state enterprises to have a high level of expertise appropriate to the operations, situation and future challenges of the enterprise concerned. In the case of wholly-owned state enterprises, the government’s own principles for preparing proposals for the nomination of board members and auditors replace those of the Code.

The nomination of members of the Board is conducted and coordinated by the division for state-owned companieswith¬in the Swedish Ministry of Finance. Members are selectedfrom a broad recruitment base in order to achieve a bal¬anced mix of expertise, backgrounds, ages and genders.

The Annual General Meeting was held in Stockholm on April 20, 2010. All the members of the Board were re-elected at the meeting.
