The CEO is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for the daily management of the company within the scope laid down by the Board. The government considers it important to separate the roles of the Board and the CEO, and therefore the CEO shall not be a member of the Board of Directors in state enterprises.
A permanent CEO and other senior executives were recruited during the second half of the company's first year of operation.
