Management

The CEO is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for the daily management of the company within the  scope  laid down by the Board. The government considers it important to separate the roles of the Board and the CEO, and therefore the CEO shall not be a member of the Board of Directors in state enterprises.

A permanent CEO and other senior executives were recruited during the second half of the company's first year of operation.

Carl Backman

Didier Schreiber

Viveca Gasslander

Born 1964, CEO Assistant

Graduated in marketing economics from IHM Business School,
international secretarial training in Lausanne and Brighton.

CEO Assistant at Marsh AB; Executive Assistant
at Procuritas AB; CFO Assistant at Bredbandsbolaget; and experience from
international agency operations in the wholesale trade as well as in the
pharmaceutical, health food and food industries.

Anna Zetterlund

More than 10 years’ experience in accounting and reporting, including as Financial Controller and Accounting Supervisor at Inter IKEA Investments and Catella.

Daniel Riazzoli

Six years’ investment experience, most recently as Senior Associate at FSN Capital Partners and prior to that as Associate at 3i Nordic. Also three years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co.
