Investment criteria

The projects in which Fouriertransform invests shall be linked to the automotive industry (but not aviation); all segments within these confines may be considered. In principle, invest¬ments may be made in all parts of the value chain, i.e. from materials, components, modules and systems to aftermarket products and services, and in all phases – from early to ma¬ture. The projects shall have a link with Sweden, with pro-duction and/or development within the country

 
Individual investments should not exceed 5 percent of our total capital; in other words, no single investment shall ex¬ceed SEK 150 million. Our maximum shareholding is gener¬ally 49 percent. Various financing solutions may be consid¬ered, including share capital, profit-sharing loans and other capital participation.

 
The investment shall be clearly distinguishable from other potential operations and shall have a sustainability profile.

 
Investment proposals are judged according to the follow¬ing criteria:
 
• Innovative product or service with growth potential on Swedish and global markets
• Attractive underlying market with growth and good pros¬pects of profitability
• Entrepreneurial management with focus on the com¬pany’s growth and profitability
• Cooperation with industrial partners that are able to sup¬port the company’s commercialization and expansion
• Good prospects for exit.
