Fouriertransform has an investment capacity of SEK 3 billion. Up to and including January 2012 investments in 16 companies, totaling SEK 501 million, had been approved; the smallest being SEK 7 million and the largest around SEK 104 million.
At the turn of the year the portfolio consisted of three companies within the area of More Efficient Production, with the remainder within the area of Sustainable Vehicles. Three of the companies are in a start-up phase, six are at an early stage of development and one is in an expansion phase.
Alelion Batteries AB was established in 2006 as a spin-off from ETC Batteries and Fuelcells, a research company working in the field of advanced energy solutions.
Applied Nano Surfaces AB was founded in 2007 and is a spin-off from research done at the Ångström Laboratory at Uppsala University.
