Jobro Plåtkomponenter AB manufactures and sells prototypes and small series of complex sheet metal parts with an emphasis on the automotive industry. Jobro has over a long period of time built up a unique expertise in tool-making and production techniques which have made them into a renowned supplier of both leading OEMs as Tier 1 providers. The company has 35 employees and 2010 the turn-over was about 44 million. The company has since 2003 had an annual growth of 27 percent.

Fouriertransform participated in 2011 in a rights issue together with the current owners, Tobias Ludvigsson (CEO) and Chris Kallin, and a consortium led by the chairman Stig-Arne Blom. After the issue is Fouriertransform the largest shareholder with a stake of 45 percent. With a stable ownership base with long-term perspective and industrial expertise Jobro is given the opportunity to invest more in a geographical and product expansion for the benefit of customers and employees.
